- Gazabro returns and exchange policy gives Registered Users an option to return or exchange items purchased on Gazabro for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. The way(s) to return a product/item/order to us:
- Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
- Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of Gazabro credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
- 2. During return/reverse pick-up, our logistics partner may do a quality check on the return. For a successful return/reverse pick-up, in certain cases as notified to you, we may initiate a doorstep refund for the return amount into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating the return request. This doorstep refund may not be applicable for some pin codes in which case refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check which may take up to 7 to 15 days to be processed. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange which depends on many factors such as available logistic services, weather conditions, geographical viability, governmental restrictions etc. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.
EXCEPTIONS and RULES to this Policy:
- Items on sale, articles purchased on order basis (manufactured after order has been placed) cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Some products like fine jewelry, ornamented products and selected products which are susceptible to damage can only be returned/exchanged for a limited number of days. Certain products can only be exchanged not returned. Please, read the product detail page to see the number of days up to which a product can be returned/exchanged post-delivery.
- Due to the intimate nature, we do not handle returns for certain innerwear, sleepwear and lingerie items differently. Only self-ship return is allowed for such items in some cases, hence pickup facility will not be available. Also, such items cannot be exchanged.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Tampered, spoilt, dirty, torn, used, disfigured, washed, worn or with broken seals won’t be refundable. In such cases, we will send the product/item/order back to you. You shall return the product/item/order along with all the delivered items and packaging in as-it-is condition.
- As per our Exchange Policy:
- If you choose to exchange the product/item/order purchased by you on Gazabro within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item free of cost.
- If you choose to exchange the product/item/order purchased by you on Gazabro, then you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of the said product/item/order.
- No exchange of product/item/order purchased by you on Gazabro for any other item of different value from Gazabro is available. Therefore, you may only return the said product/item/orderas per the policies mentioned herein.
- Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by Gazabro as the case may be for the said exchange.
- Applicable refund for exchange will be triggered/initiated post successful pick-up of original product/item/order from you.
- Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes which are serviceable for an exchange depending various factors such as available logistics services in your area, weather conditions, geographical viability, governmental restrictions etc.
- Products/items/orders cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange. You can only exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.
- Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
- A convenience fee will be applicable on returns, exchanges, cancellations as and when indicated to you before making purchases.`
We reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on our Website, if Registered Users in any way breaches or misuse this policy at our sole discretion.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
- We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to you.
- If you self-ship your return orders, kindly, pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service and maintain a copy of the courier receipt for later reference.
- If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would not be reimbursed. Successful exchange or return would be subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy, and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self-ship return orders the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at our warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.

- How do I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it. But, this may not be applicable for certain logistics partner. You would see an option to cancel within ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu on our website/mobile-site, navigate and select the product/item/order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from ‘My Orders’ section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery, and the refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.
- How do I return an order?
You will have to create a return request:

- When will the return order be picked up?
Time period for the reverse pickup varies as per our logistics partner in your area which will be assigned to pick-up your return order. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.
